Consensus Community Strategy

The Consensus Community Strategy is the means by which Caldwell 20/20 will take advantage of existing opportunities thereby maximizing its resources to achieve short- and long-term prosperity. The Strategy will address the key areas that Caldwell County should focus on for holistic community and economic development.

The Strategy will identify a “shared vision” and define the goals and action steps needed to produce effective results for the Caldwell County community.  Developing the Strategy will bring together all other parts of the process, and will provide a blueprint for the county’s future actions.
